Introduction

The Invoice Overview is an overview of the total invoice amounts per month in a selected year, along with the total for the same month in the previous year. Additionally, the report shows the last three months’ total amounts and a percentage change compared to the month before.

This report shows one chart.

• Invoice Amount per Month
  Shows the total amount across all invoices for every month in a calendar year. The bar on the right represents the value of that month for the selected year and the bar on the left represents the value of that same month for the previous year.

  Tooltip: The tooltip shows the total amount for that month in the selected year and the previous year.

Cards

This report shows three cards.

• Current Month’s Total
  Shows the total amount across all invoices for the current month including VAT (if any).

• Last Month’s Total
  Shows the total amount across all invoices for the last month including VAT (if any) and the percentage change over the month before.

• Last-to-last Month’s Total
  Shows the total amount across all invoices for the last-to-last month including VAT (if any) and the percentage change over the month before.

Filters

There is one standard filter provided in this report for the Invoice Amount per Month chart. The three cards are not filtered and will always show the last three months’ data.

• Period
  Allows you to filter results by selecting any calendar year.
